Enjoy nature’s beauty, accept its training, respect its power and balances, and get over yourself.

 

Just Hit the Trail

 

Shut up and just go for it regularly!  Get out of your head, into your body, and let the voices fall away.

 

Touch the Void

 

We can often find what we need in the personal exploration of voids, doubts, and shadows.  Nobody can guide this part for us.  We wish we could help you here, but we can’t.

 

Travel Light Strike Hard

 

Follow simple practices, handle your own load, and cut down on unnecessary gear and mental baggage.

 

Any Tree Will Do

 

There are many activities and tools and methods of training that work great for growing stronger in the gap.  Try many, find what works for you, let your interests and ideas evolve, and stay balanced.
